Wow! You may some good improvements to your skiing. Recall the things we worked on:

  • Stance: A little more extended at the knee and hip
  • Upper/Lower body separation: notice how your torso and legs tend to move as a unit. This reduces your ability to balance over the outside ski especially after the fall line.
  • When the upper body follows the lower body it is more difficult to have a really smooth transition with maximum efficiency.
